1. Free Trial Period

14-Day Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial for new customers to test our platform. During this period:

  • No payment information is required
  • You can cancel anytime during the trial period without any charges
  • After the trial period, your subscription will begin, and you will be charged according to your chosen plan

2. Subscription Refund Policy

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your initial paid subscription (after the free trial ends), you may request a full refund.

  • Refunds are only available for the first month of your paid subscription (not applicable during free trial)
  • After 7 days from the start of paid subscription, no refunds will be provided for monthly subscriptions
  • Subsequent monthly renewals are non-refundable
  • Important: If you used the 14-day free trial, the refund period starts only after you begin paying

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: For annual subscriptions, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial paid purchase (after the free trial ends).

  • Refunds are only available for the first year of your paid subscription (not applicable during free trial)
  • After 30 days from the start of paid subscription, no refunds will be provided
  • Annual subscription renewals are non-refundable
  • Important: If you used the 14-day free trial, the 30-day refund period starts only after you begin paying

3. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable:

  • Setup fees (if applicable)
  • Data migration fees
  • Custom development or integration fees
  • Training fees
  • Transaction fees charged by payment processors

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

4.2 When Cancellation Takes Effect

Monthly Plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until then.

Annual Plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your annual subscription period. No partial refunds for unused months (except during the 30-day money-back guarantee period).

4.3 Data Export

Upon cancellation, you have 30 days to export your data. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted from our servers.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at info@clestay.com with your account details
  2. Include your reason for requesting a refund
  3. Provide your order/transaction ID
  4. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  5. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method

6. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We may provide refunds outside of this policy on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Service outages exceeding our SLA commitments
  • Critical bugs that prevent normal use of the service
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Other exceptional circumstances at our discretion

7. Downgrades

If you downgrade your subscription plan, the downgrade will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be provided for the difference between plans.

8. Payment Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding a charge, please contact us before disputing with your bank or credit card company. We will work with you to resolve the issue fairly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
